Hardware Needs
To use the Shubh NBN Data service, you will need a compatible NBN modem. For your convenience, Shubh Telco offers a pre-configured modem that is ready to use straight out of the box
NBN™ Network Speeds
For customers connecting on FTTN, FTTB, and FTTC, maximum line speeds will be confirmed after activation.
Typical Evening Speeds/Busy Period Speeds are based on customer averages and are not guaranteed minimums.
Installation Requirements

Shubh Telco may charge for non-standard installations.
Someone over 18 must be present during installation.
You must obtain permission from the property owner.
In new developments, NBN Co may charge a $300 connection fee, which we will pass on to you.

Information about Pricing

Monthly charges are paid in advance.
Charges not included in your plan will appear on your next bill after they are incurred.

Plan Changes
You have the flexibility to switch to another eligible Fixed Broadband plan once per billing month. This allows you to adjust your plan according to your changing business or personal needs

Billing Information

You will be billed on the same day each month.
Paper Invoice Fee: $2.50 per month
Processing Fees: No fee for BPAY or bank account direct debit
2.6% fee for VISA/MasterCard (non-direct debit)
4.4% fee for AMEX or Diners Club
