Shubh Telco Pty Ltd (“Shubh Telco”, “we”, “our” or “us”) agrees to provide telecommunications services to you (“the Customer”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, any applicable charges notified to you, your accepted service application, your consent, and any transfer authority you provide (together referred to as the Agreement)

1. Services

A. We will provide the services you apply for, subject to availability, and within a reasonable timeframe.

B. Services are provided in line with the Telecommunications Consumer Protection (TCP) Code, industry codes, and legislation.

2. Charges and Billing

a. All charges for services are specified in your Customer Information Sheet (CIS) or negotiated contract.

b. You will be billed monthly, on or about the 5th working day of the month.

c. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.

d. Invoices may be delivered via email (preferred) or post. Posted invoices may incur additional charges.

e. Late or overdue payments may result in suspension, restriction, or disconnection of services in line with our Debt Collection Policy

3. Payment Options

a. Payments can be made via multiple methods as listed on your invoice.

4. Financial Hardship

a. If you are experiencing or anticipate difficulty paying your bill, please contact us immediately.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

a. We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy.

6. Complaints Handling

a. If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may lodge a complaint.

b. Complaints can be made by phone, email, online form, or in writing.

c. We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days (2 days for urgent complaints).

d. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) via 1800 062 058 or www.tio.com.au.

7. Suspension, Restriction, or Disconnection of Services

a. We may suspend, restrict, or disconnect services if invoices remain unpaid, fraudulent activity is detected, or services are misused.

b. Prior notice will be provided wherever possible, except in cases of fraud or security risks.

8. Termination

a. You may terminate services in accordance with your contract and applicable notice periods.

b. We may terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or as otherwise permitted under law.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
